Can you pay the €45.00 application fee by either credit or debit card? Approved Injuries Resolution Board Solicitor Portal users may also pay by account.

Do you have a completed medical report from your doctor?

Are you the injured party, their parent or legal guardian if the injured party is under 18 years of age, or otherwise a Solicitor authorised to act on behalf of the injured party?
Only the injured party, or legal representative of an injured party (such as a solicitor), should submit their application using this online facility. Parents or legal guardians may also use this online facility to submit applications on behalf of injured parties under the age of 18.
Do you have a Personal Public Service Number (PPSN)?
